To help us better regulate our space, and the needs of our guests, we require that all parties of 7 people or more EMAIL us with their reservation request.
Additionally, we require a credit card number to hold these large tables. Your card will only be held, not charged. All cancellations to these large reservations must occur at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. Failure to cancel 24 hours prior will result in a $10 per person charge on your card. In reserving your large party, you are agreeing to this charge, should you cancel.
Weekend Reservations for parties 8 or over (Friday and Saturday)
Weekend reservations are very limited. Please allow us enough advance notice to determine availability and book your reservation. Same day reservations for large parties are not available on Fridays and Saturdays. Reservation times for parties for 8 or more are 5:30pm or 9pm on Friday and Saturday nights. For parties over 16, please see Buy-out section below.
Week day reservations for parties over 8 (Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Week day reservations are less limited. Please allow us enough advance notice to determine availability and book your reservation. We can seat large party reservations anytime between 5pm – 9:30pm Sunday-Thursday. For parties over 16, please see Buy-out section below.
Please Include the Following in Your Reservation Request Email:
- Your first and last name
- Date and time of requested reservation
- Number of people in your party
- Your phone number
- A notification that you have read this page, and that you understand and agree to our credit card holding and cancellation policy.
Other large party information:
- For all large parties we present one check and can split that check evenly between as many cards needed. Cash is always accepted.
- A 20% gratuity added for all parties 6 or more
- We can not seat you until your entire reservation has arrived.
- On the weekend we will hold your reservation for 15 minutes.
- On Weekdays (Tue-Thrus) we will hold your reservation for 25 minutes.
Buy-out of Pintxo or The Upstairs. Ideal for groups of 20 – 40.
Both Pintxo and our sister bar, The Upstairs, are available on occasion for buyout situations. During these, we also offer our catering services. Food is delivered from Pintxo as pre-arranged for Upstairs events. Pintxo catered events are prepped and cooked in our restaurant. We offer a more realistic tapas style experience, not a sit down dinner for buy-outs at Pintxo.
Weekday buy-out of both Pintxo OR The Upstarts begins at $2,000.00 food and drink minimum spend depending on day of the week.
Weekend buy-out for both Pintxo OR The Upstairs begin at $3,000.00 food and drink minimum spend depending on the time of year.
