Sometime over the last 7 years, this has become our comfort food. We were both raised in very American households –fried chicken, beef stroganoff, fish & chips, pot roast & home-made pizza. At some point, separate from one another, we fell in love with Spanish food; the flavors, the tradition, the culture & the incredible history behind it. And now, in our home, this is what we make – paella for celebrations, fabada for comfort, cured meats & cans when we’re feeling easy & tortillas all the time.
