Catering Options

We love Seattle, we love our food, and we love being able to share it with all of you.  If you’re looking to bring a little #SpainInSeattle to your next event, we have you covered.

Pintxo is available for catering in other event venues. We have experience with events for up to 200 people at WithIn SODO, 1927 events, Copper Creek Inn (Mt Rainier),  DAR, Vuve, Ruby Montana’s Coral Sands and Villa (Palm Springs, CA), Clever Bottle, Everett Legion Hall, and many, many  homes around the city of Seattle.

Pintxo offers an array of different catering options to fit your needs.

Paella Catering 

Catering To-Go
This is the easiest and most basic of our catering options. Perfect for office lunches and happy hour, book club, cocktail parties, baby and wedding showers,  and in-home celebrations.

To-go catering should be planned at least a week in advance, and a pick up date will be arranged. Drop off services may be available for an additional charge.

$300.00 Minimum for all to-go or drop-off catering orders

Off-Site Catering
Off-site catering is the most common type of catering for us. This involves working with you to create a menu for your event, food set-up, cooking, and providing basic food service (setting out the food, replenishing as arranged).

We love this type of catering because it allows us to serve the freshest food possible, and ensure that the aesthetics of the food meet our quality standards. It also means that you and your party get to enjoy a more  fun and intimate Spanish-style dining experience that we provide in our restaurant.

$1,000.00 minimum for all on-site catering orders.

Full Service Catering
Pintxo does offer full service catering, but because we’re a small family owned business, availability for this is based on the dates and times you need, the occasion, and where you are located. Please note that we only provide full service catering within the Seattle area.

Full service catering includes on-site catering, as well as cocktail service. Setting up a full service catering event requires a great deal of advance notice so that we can plan for the event, create the food and beverage menu, and staff the event as needed.

$1,000.00 minimum for all full-service catering

Service staff (servers, bartender) per hour pricing starts at $25.00/hour

We add a 20% gratuity to all catering events.

Booking Your Catering Event

We’re aware that many people have different dietary needs and restrictions.  If you have special dietary needs or concerns, please be sure to mention them in your email so we can be sure that we’re able to meet your specific needs.

When emailing, please include:
1) Your name
2) The date and time of your event
3) Where the event is located
4) The occasion for your event
5) What catering option you’re interested in
6) Details, special needs, questions, or concerns about the event
